Five Keys for Unlocking Libido Enhancement in Men – Key #Two: Eating the Right Foods

Unlocking the “secret” to libido enhancement in men may be as easy as opening your refrigerator and your kitchen cabinets and finding something good to eat and drink. There is a growing body of research that indicates that what you put into your body has a major impact on your overall health – that would include your libido. And while good nutrition is not the only key to unlocking libido enhancement in men, it is a major weapon in a man’s arsenal that will pay him (and her) back big time dividends in bedroom.

Last summer I started a new diet and exercise program. Why? Because I had to in order to survive the demanding physical job I had (see the previous article: key number one). I found that if I exercised and started putting good stuff in my body and stopped putting in the crap that I usually did, that I felt much better. Go figure.

Consider adding the following foods to your diet to help improve your health and to combat libido loss:

Oats – Oatmeal has been the breakfast of champions for centuries (whole oats- not the kind that cooks in one minute crap). Armies of old were feed regular rations of oatmeal because they would give their troops sustained levels of energy throughout the day, and well into the night. They contain complex sugars (carbohydrates), significant levels of fiber, vitamins (B complex, and E), and minerals (selenium, copper, zinc, iron, potassium, magnesium and calcium).

Eating oatmeal regularly, in combination with the other keys to addressing low libido will put the fuel back in your love tank. In fact, any of the other unrefined grains can offer the same or very similar benefits as oats. Other sources include brown rice, millet, and barley.

Celery - This veggie is another big player towards enhancing your libido. It boasts vitamins B6, A and C, Pantothenic Acid, and Phosphorus (a critical mineral towards improving libido).

Other great foods to help enhance the male libido: avocados, raw oysters, figs (no…not the cookie kind), and dark chocolate.
And, don’t forget to drink LOTS of water! Your body needs it to operate at optimal levels – think of it as the body’s engine oil guys. If you don’t maintain the proper fluid level the body starts to break down, just like an engine.

So far we have looked at two keys to help squash low libido. And believe me, any guy over 40 (that’s ME) needs to not only know this stuff, but to practice it daily as well. The next key (key number three) is related to key number two, so pay attention and look for it soon. Go ahead… see if you can guess what the third key is going to be.

Whilst enjoying good sex together is one way of making sure your partner knows how strongly you feel about them. For many love and sex are the two inseparable sides of a coin, without one the other is incomplete. Today with impotence affecting the sex lives of over 20% of all couples and in the process making their love lives incomplete, isn’t time to do something about it?
In some age groups erectile dysfunction can be as high as 70% and in countries where the population is declining year on year impotency is regarded as a national problem. No one wants to experience impotence as it can devastate your sex life. People who suffer with impotence are not able to respond to their partner’s sexual advances, often making them feel both guilty and ashamed.
This lack of confidence and self esteem will often present itself in both social and professional life. The pressure to perform can often lead to the use of prescription drugs and in many social groups this has become now commonplace, generally accepted as ‘the’ solution for those with low libido. The level of success for this form of treatment varies from 50% up to as high as 84% with a little known herb- Butea Superba showing the highest success rate in treating sexual arousal issues. The use of these drugs is often essential in re energising a couple’s sex life.
However, it is important to point out that there are many known side effects with these treatments- The exception being Butea Superba which is found in pill form in the high street brand HealthyED. It contains no prescription drugs yet produces exactly the same bodily responses as prescription drugs. HealthyED pills (Butea Superba) stop the body producing the enzyme PDE5’s- PDE5 reverses the erection process. Some of us create more PDE5 than others and by taking HealthyED pills each day as a supplement the body builds up a resistance to PDE5 and allows more blood to stay in the sex organs for longer. This results in faster, firmer, longer lasting arousal, in fact during clinical trials of HealthyED some found they could enjoy repeat orgasms after a very short rest period.
Impotence mainly occurs due to inadequate blood supply to the reproductive organs. This presents as a failure to respond to sexual stimulation and as we all know, good sexual response is essential for enjoying full sex. Other abnormal health disorders like diabetes, blood pressure, and heart problems directly or indirectly can be contributing factors. Also stress in the form of performance anxiety is often overcome when taking pills such as HealthyED as the high success rate often gives a new found confidence. Combined with a few good sex tips, you will soon find yourself on the road to recovery.
Impotence drugs such as HealthyED increase the nitric oxide deposition in the reproductive system, which leads to a relaxation of the arteries and the smooth muscles along the walls of the sex organs, as a result the thousands of tiny blood vessels open up more readily causing an increase in blood flow to the reproductive organs.
Impotence sufferers and their partners can now reinvigorate their sex lives with the help of these HealthyED supplements.
